LOVE Zumba on Valentine's Day!
If you are in Zumba on Monday night it is because you LOVE it more than anything else you could be doing for Valentine's Day. So we'll make a playlist of all the songs you LOVE. I've got a few up my sleeve. What are your favorites? Send them to me and I'll put them on the list!

Okay, Shelly, this is Caradon. I am going to try to describe the one I really love. It's the one where we put our arms out and up while we are rotating our hips around then we go around in a circle, and you sometimes have Andrea come up and help you because we get confused on which direction to turn!! Is that confusing enough for you? The right arm goes out first, then the left, Then the right goes up and in front, then the left goes up and front, then both go up, front and then we do a crunch. Do you know which one I'm talking about? By the way great class last night!
