Finding your inner child

Ha ha! This will put a smile on your face.

But I ask you this: why should it be any less fun when the person staring back in the mirror is all grown-up? You're still just as awesome as ever! Let loose and enjoy. Mirrors or not.

• oh, yeah-- you might lose some weight, if that's what you want to do. But with all those other benefits it won't matter. You'll be happier and healthier no matter what the scale says!

You don't have to know what you're doing.

You don't have to know anything about Latin dance.

You don't even have to do it "right."

Just come and move and laugh and come again.

You won't regret it!
