Enjoy 2 Fun Filled hours to benefit the Congo water initiative. Zumba for 1 hour to a strong Latin/African beat with Jessica Crook. It's a party atmosphere form of exercise. Then sing along-Kirtan- for the last hour with musician Leraine Horstmanshoff. Sure to deepen your inner connection.
